My ZixiPay Mobile App has been deleted, how can I can get access to my ZixiPay Wallet?

If you have lost your phone or your ZixiPay mobile app has been deleted, there is nothing to worry about your crypto assets and all your cryptocurrencies are safe at ZixiPay.

If you have previously used your ZixiPay Wallet web platform (zixipay.com) then you could simply login to your web wallet and link your mobile app to your wallet from the "LINK TO APP" menu.

If you have never used your ZixiPay Wallet web platform (zixipay.com) before then you need to go to https://zixipay.com/user/forgot and reset your web wallet password and gain access to your ZixiPay Wallet. To link your ZixiPay Mobile App to your wallet, login to your web wallet and follow the steps from the "LINK TO APP" menu.
