I have forgot my ZixiPay password, how do I reset my password?

1- Go to https://zixipay.com/user/forgot, enter the email address associated with your ZixiPay Wallet and click on the green button that says "Reset Password".

2- You will received an email to confirm it was you who initiated the password reset, click on the green button that says "Reset My Password".

3- You will receive another email which contains your new randomly generated password.

4- Login to your ZixiPay Wallet with the new password.

5- If you like to change your password to something you could remember, go to the "Settings" menu.
